This Pan-Fried Breasts baked potatoes made by Halida Les it's Italian dish
Ingredients
MARINADE
4 pieces chicken breasts
2 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp Pepper
1.5 Tsp salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp onion powder
SAUCE
1/2 stick of butter
1 Tsp minced garlic
2 Tsp lemon juice
1 Pinch of salt (or to taste)
BAKED POTATOES
Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Step-By-Step Preparation
Chicken breasts
Marinade chicken breast with above ingredients. Allow chicken to marinade at least 1 hour. Heat pan with 2-3 Tbsp oil. Fry chicken breasts until cooked. Note: You can reduce the chili powder if you don't want it too spicey.
for the sauce Heat butter in sauce pan and add above ingredients. Glaze over chicken when plating.
For the potatoes Cut potatoes. Mix above ingredients with potatoes. Put potatoes in oven at 400° with foil on for 20 minutes. Bake an extra 10 minutes without foil to get crispy skins.
