Ingredients
● Ground beef
● Laban
● Tomato sauce
● Potatoes
● Rice
Step-By-Step Preparation
● Spice Kifta meat with Araby seasoning, Mrs.dash, salt. Add onion, mix, and make into balls
● In a blender add ½ tub of laban, a little water, and a small can of tomato sauce. Blend, and add salt
● Bring the laban to a boil in a pot. Add the Kofta in a pot as its boiling, one at a time
● Let cook on low while you do the next step
● Fry potatoes sliced thick, and add into laban. Cook for about 5 minutes
● Cook 1 cup of rice on the side
