Ingredients
● Steak
● soy sauce
● Cornstarch
● vegetable oil
● green onions
Step-By-Step Preparation
● Cut the steak against the grain Into Thin ¼ inch slices
● marinate the steak and soy sauce and set it in the fridge. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
● once you are ready to cook your meal, remove the beef from the soy sauce. transfer to a bag and coated with cornstarch
● Add vegetable oil to a deep pan. once the oil is heated add in the coated beef, shaking off any excess cornstarch. fried until crispy, about 4 minutes on each side
● mix in the green onion to the fried meat at the end, and then for the next batch of me. Make sure it's sticky/crispy when it is done. Then serve with white rice
