Ingredients
● Cornish Hens
● Onions chopped
● Salt, Mrs. Dash, Kesha seasoning
● Big can of tomato sauce
● Shredded carrots
● Sliced bell peppers
Step-By-Step Preparation
● Clean and cut the chicken. sauté them with the onion
● Add 1/2 cup of water
● season with salt Mr. Dash, Kobza seasoning
● Cook until red goes away
● Add Water (enough for meals) that chicken cook
● Once cooked, take out the chicken
● soak rice with tomato sauce and some of the chicken broth. it should be really saucy
● sauté carrot and bell pepper with garlic
● turn the pot on high and add chicken to crisp
● layer the carrots, then bell peppers, then the rice
● put a small plate in the center, and add maraca slowly
● put in the oven at 350° until cooked about 30 minutes
● flip on the pan and boil until chicken crisps
