DISH NAME: Chapli kabob
DISH COUNTRY: Pakistan
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lb. ground beef
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon normal flour
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
1 teaspoon zeera (Cumin)
And some ready-made chapli Kabob masala
Some green chili
Preparation:
1. Mix everything together
2. make round patties
3. Dip in egg
4. and fry then at the end
Secret Tips:
Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cook patties in the hot oil in batches until charred, 4 to 6 minutes per side.
