DISH NAME: California Burrito

Ingredients:

1. 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken + your favorite burrito/taco spices! (I used S&P, smoked paprika, cumin, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and a onion herb spice mix.

2. Guacamole

3. Pico De Gallo

4. Sour Cream + Hot sauce

5. Ready-made Fries

6. -Giant flour torYlla

7. -Cheese

Preparation:

Prep your chicken, let it marinate unYl you chop and mix your other ingredients. Prep the Guacamole and Pico De Gallo.

-Mix 1/2 a cup of sour cream with 2 TBSP of hot sauce.

- Pan fry your chicken, 4-5 minutes on each side. Make sure to char it a li\le for the addiYonal smoky flavor.
