This middle eastern dish was given to us by Rinad Abed

Ingredients

● Prepared Dough

● Panela Cheese

● Mozzarella Cheese

● Dried za’atar

Step-By-Step Preparation

● Prepare your dough as directed in the

dough recipe

● Cut into little balls and let it rest

● While the dough is resting prepare

your cheese. Crumble the panela

cheese with either a food processor

or by handMix in about the same

or by hand Mix in about the same

mix

● On a greased pan shape your dough

into small round pies

● Top the dough with a handful of

cheese mixture

● Sprinkle the dried zatar on top

● Bake at 500 until cheese is melted

and the dough is golden
