Ingredients

2 cups of milk

3 teaspoons of sugar

1/2 teaspoons of salt

2 teaspoons of vanilla

4 eggs

2 cups of all-purpose flour

Frying oil



Step-By-Step Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, mix the milk, salt, and sugar. Then, mix in the eggs and the vanilla. Add the flour gradually and mix the batter really well.

2. Warm the oil in a deep saucepan. Dip the rose iron tool in the oil, get rid of the excess oil, then dip it in the batter without covering the top of the iron. Transfer the iron into the oil, and the cookie will be released. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes until browned.

Remove from oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels. After excess oil is absorbed, either drizzle with honey or dust with powdered sugar and serve.
