DISH NAME: Pecan Pie

DISH COUNTRY: USA

INGREDIENTS:


· 1 Cup of Caro Syrup (Light or Dark)

· 1 Cup of Sugar

· 3 Eggs

· 2 Tbsp butter (melted)

· 1 Tsp Vanilla

· 1.5 cups of pecans (chopped)

· 1 Deep dish pie crust


· Mix Caro Syrup, Sugar, Eggs, Melted Butter, and Vanilla together and blend well.

· Mix in Pecans and blend well.

· Pour in Pie Crust


· Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.


After it is done pull out of the oven and press lightly in the middle of the pie, If it bounces back immediately it is done.


Cool for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator and ENJOY!!
