Ingredients
3 cups of milk
1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup water
½ cup rice flour, or (1/3 cup cornstarch)
1 cup water
1 teaspoon rose water, of vanilla
nuts and jam
Step-By-Step Preparation
Boil milk, sugar and one cup water. Dissolve rice flour (or cornstarch) in one cup of water, mix with first mixture, reduce heat and simmer the mixture about fifteen minutes, or until it bubbles, add rose water (or vanilla) for flavoring.
Pour into individual serving cups. Chill. Serve with sprinkled pistachio nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts or pine nuts. Decorate the top with red rose petal or date jam.
