Ingredients

-18oz of all-purpose flour

-7oz of powdered sugar

-2 tablespoons of powdered milk

-9oz of butter ghee

-halved pistachios for garnishing

Step-By-Step Preparation

-In a stand mixer, whip the ghee really well.

-Add the sugar and mix well.

-Add the powdered milk and the flour and mix

-Set dough aside and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

-Form into equally sized small balls using a kitchen scoop.

-Set the formed balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

-Place pistachios on top of the balls and press lightly.

-Bake in the middle rack of a preheated 315-degree oven for no longer than 10 to 15minutes. No browning needed.
