Ingredients

Cheesecake cups, this is a really easy recipe and very fast to make.

• A brick of Philadelphia Cream cheese 3 lbs.

• 6 eggs

• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

• 2 teaspoons of baking powder

• 2 cups of sugar

• 2 Tablespoons of vanilla extract

• Nilla wafers or biscoff cookie

• Toppings: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries.

Step-By-Step Preparation

.Melt the cream cheese in the microwave for a minute or so until creamy, then let it cool for a bit and add all other ingredients. 2.Mix well.

3.Place 1 Nilla wafer In your cupcake foil holder and pour the batter over the wafer a little over half way.

4. Bake for 15 minutes until done or sooner keep watching it.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Top with your favorite fruits, Shatein Wa Hana!! These will be a big hit with the family! This will make about 60-more depending how much filling you put in the cups.
