Ingredients
1. ⅔ cups lemon juice
2. ½ cup simple syrup
3. ½ cup of water
4. ⅓ cup mint leaves
5. 3 cups ice
Step-By-Step Preparation
1. 2 cups of water into a saucepan
2. Pour 2 cups of sugar into the middle
of the water so the sugar doesn’t
touch the side of the pan otherwise
it’ll crystalize
3. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 min
4. Add all ingredients to blender then
